Basement Finishing

As well as being a custom home builder Classic Smith Construction specializes in the design and finishing of custom basements, also known as the terrace level. To minimize your costs we can finish your basement during your home construction process, but if you�re not quite ready for a finished terrace level at the time of your home construction, we�ll be happy to return to design and complete it to your specifications and with our Mark of Excellence when you are ready! Even if you don't currently live in a Classic Smith home we will be happy to work with you to come up with a designer layout that will maximize your allowed space, and open your home into a luxurious designer terrace level with comfortable living spaces and entertainment areas. We will work with you to come up with a layout that fits your needs including any remaining unfinished space.

We offer decorating on all of our projects, including lighting design services for your basement with one of our design consultants at no additional charge.
