Our maintenance program is simple ~ After the construction process is complete, we will be pleased to work with you to maintain your home to preserve it's elegant look, and to uphold your investment's highest value for years to come. Classic Smith Construction has a passion for client satisfaction, and we mean satisfaction for life. So we remain available to you for as long as you live in your Classic Smith home. Not only for warranty issues but to help and advise you on any topic regarding the maintenance of your home. We are committed to work with you to stay on top of these issues for as long as you own your Classic Smith Home.

If you don't currently live in a Classic Smith home we can still be of great assistance in bringing your home back to its original lustrous condition or to help you bring it into the most up-to-date look!
